A changed preview requires review and new acceptance. Acceptance alone is not evidence of payment. Final $750 before applicable taxes must be confirmed through the approved payment process before public launch.

Handoff after full payment: source files, build instructions, assets/licenses, domain ownership, hosting access arrangement, backup/restore instructions and support choice. The first three projects require owner or designated reviewer involvement.
