Includes site/form monitoring, technical fixes, hosting maintenance, and up to 2 small content requests totaling 30 minutes per month. New pages, redesigns, new integrations and larger requests require a separate quote. No unlimited edits or guaranteed response time is promised.

Before starting: confirm site/version, supported hosting, monitoring destination, authorized contact, start date, billing source and accepted cancellation/refund terms. Cancellation stops future support invoices; already-paid work and any refund follow the accepted agreement.

Autopay is not configured. If available and chosen, the client enables it directly with Intuit; otherwise invoices are manually paid. Only one billing schedule may be active. Never enter card details into a Morrowspan form.
